Frequently Asked Questions

I need help; how do I get started?

To get started, simply come to our pantry, located in the St. Matthew's Parish House at 7 N. Mast St. in Goffstown (across from Sully's Supermarket) during our open hours, Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 PM, or Saturday mornings from 10 to 11:30 AM.

Do I need to qualify?

No, you do not.  The Goffstown Network offers help to anyone in Goffstown, Dunbarton or New Boston who needs it. Please do not ask for our help unless you need it; if you are in need of assistance, please come in.  We want to help!

What do I need to bring?

We ask that you bring a utility or phone bill, or other current documentation that shows you to be a resident of Goffstown, Dunbarton or New Boston.  A drivers license does not qualify.

How often can I come in?

Clients of the Goffstown Network are allowed to come in once every four weeks.

What does the Goffstown Network provide?

We provide clients with approximately one week's groceries.  This includes staples, including canned and boxed goods, frozen meat, milk, cheese and eggs.  Other items like produce and personal care items are provided when they are available.

I was given a piece of paper that tells me when I can visit next.  What happens if I cannot make it that day?

When you visit the Goffstown Network, we give you a slip of paper that indicates when you can visit next.  The date we give you indicates the earliest date for your next visit.  You are free to visit on or anytime after that date.
